The Royal Bahamas Police Medal for Faithful Service is presented to members of the Reserve who have rendered 15 years of faithful voluntary service.

The obverse features the Coat of Arms of The Bahamas, while the reverse is inscribed with "FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE ROYAL BAHAMAS POLICE FORCE RESERVE". The name and rank of the recipient is inscribed on the rim.
