History


The United States Naval Aviation Badge was established on November 13, 1917. The Pilot Wings may be issued upon graduation from advanced flight training to Commissioned and Warrant Officers of the United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, or the United States Coast Guard who qualify as pilots.
