Hardshelled case of issue, maker stamped in blue ink "A. CHOBILLON PARIS" on the inside lid, red velvetine medal bed, case near mint.

History


On September 9, 1948, this Order was instituted in 3 classes. It was expanded on August 23, 1956 to 5 classes. On October 5, 1995, it was reinstated.

This Order is conferred upon individuals, mainly foreigners, in recognition of notable diplomatic and external services to the King and the citizens of Cambodia.
