History

This medal was conferred in recognition of economic contributions and the rebuilding of Cambodia following the fall of the Khmer Rouge regime.

The medal is the same for the I, II and III Classes. The III Class medal is suspended by a blue hero style ribbon bar.

The obverse inscription translates to "Medal of National Construction".
