History

This Order was established on behalf of Emperor Hsuan-tung, by his father, Prince Regent Chun. It was conferred in recognition of dedicated and enthusiastic service.

The II Class was conferred upon II rank Officials, or III rank Officials for exceptionally meritorious service.
