This Order was established by Emperor Kang Teh of Manchuria. It is considered similar to the Japanese Order of the Sacred Treasure (see JPN104).

This is the only Order in existence that uses clasps to distinguish the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th classes. The VI Class Badge has 3 silver gilt and enamelled clasps measuring 37x6mm attached to the ribbon

The reverse features Japanese characters.
