History

Known in Malay as "Seri Paduka Mahkota Johor", this Order was instituted by Sultan Abu Bakar. It is awarded for loyalty, diligence, and meticulous service amongst military personnel, civil servants and benefactors of the state, both Malaysian and foreign.

The I Class is the Grand Commander ("Dato Sri Paduka") is restricted to 16 individuals. The II Class Commander ("Dato Paduka") is restricted to 24 individuals. The Companion ("Stia") is restricted to 32 individuals.

The Grand Commander Badge is a silver five-point, multi-rayed stars with a blue garter in the center encircling a white field with the name of the Prophet and a crescent and star. The sash badge has two point upwards.
