History

This decoration is awarded for those who civil services do not meet the requirements of the Order of the Crown of Kelantan. It was instituted in 1916.

This is a bronze eight-pointed star, with each arm representing a leaf, with a design of crossed kris and sword in the center surrounded by an inscription. Between the space of the top arms in a Crescent and Star. It is worn on a wide red ribbon with a yellow and dark green thin strip near each edge.
