(Orden ng Gintong Puso). Created by Executive Order on June 21, 1954. In bronze-gilt, the obverse featuring engraved two hands reaching a heart on the centre, along with motto MANUM TUAM APERVIT INOPE, the reverse with engraved Philipine coat of arms, measuring 42.00 mm (w) x 54.48 mm (h - inclusive of the integral ring), suspended by original full-length ribbon, light contact, extremely fine.
Conferred upon Philippine individuals in recognition of meritorious service to the nation, especially in the areas of economic and/or social development of rural areas.
