Physical Description

A five-pointed star, constructed of silvered bronze,with pointed rays between the points of the star, the obverse center bears a round medallion inscribed with GIAI PHONG in the center, encompassed by a cog on one side and foliage on the other, with a ribbon wrapped around both with a five-pointed star at the center of the ribbon at the bottom, with a loop for suspension, on a frame type blue, red and white striped ribbon.
