History


The Medal was founded by the Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic to commemorate the NATO and North Atlantic Cooperation Council (EAPC) summit that took place in Prague from November 20-22, 2002.

It was conferred upon national and foreign civilian employees of the Ministry of Defence, and active military personnel, who planned and participated in the summit.
