The Red Cross Decoration (1928) was awarded for relief efforts after the Corinth earthquake in 1928.

The Silver Medal features an obverse inscription that translates to "Hellenic Red Cross." It could also be awarded with an enamelled "AΛΛHΛEΓΓYH" (Solidarity) ribbon clasp.
