The Lithuanian Armed Forces Medal for Injuries is awarded in recognition of injuries incurred during the defence of Lithuanian territories or on international missions.

If the recipient is awarded the medal a second, third or fourth time, a bronze "2" clasp, a silvered "3" clasp, or a gilt "4" clasp is worn on the ribbon.
