History

The Decoration for Foremen was established by the Council of Ministers in 1983. It was awarded to foremen in state factories or enterprises in recognition of at least 10 years of meritorious service. It was discontinued following the collapse of the communist regime in 1989.

The Gold Decoration features an obverse inscription that translates to "Foreman's Decoration."
