History


The Decoration for Meritorious Land Development and Environmental Protection was established by the Council of Ministers in 1973. It was awarded by the Minister of Land Development and Environmental Protection to Ministry employees in recognition of meritorious service. It was awarded until 1985 when it was replaced by the Decoration for Merit to Spatial and Municipal Administration.

The Decoration features an obverse inscription that can be translated to "Meritorious Worker, Land Development and Environmental Protection."
