History


The Decoration for Merit in Service Outside the Republic of Poland was established by the Republic of Poland in 2011. It is currently awarded by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration to Polish military Officer veterans in recognition of service outside of Poland. It may also be awarded posthumously.

The Silver Cross is awarded with a ribbon clasp which denotes where the recipient served abroad.
