The Decoration of Honour for Merit in Ensuring State Security Beyond the Borders of the Republic of Poland was established by the Republic of Poland in 2011. It is currently awarded by the Prime Minister of the Republic to veteran Officers of the Internal Security Agency in recognition of meritorious contributions to the defence and security of Poland while abroad.
