The Portuguese Red Cross Conduct Medal is awarded to volunteers of the Portuguese Red Cross in recognition of long and meritorious service.

From 1918-1925 the Portuguese Red Cross Conduct Medal was called the Portuguese Red Cross Assiduity Medal, and from 1925-1999 it was called the Portuguese Red Cross Good Conduct and Assiduity Medal.

There are two versions of the Silver Medal that differ in inscription. The first features a reverse inscription that translates to "Assiduity." The second does not have an inscription.

The Silver Medal was awarded for 10 Years of services.
