A circular medal constructed of silver plated bronze, the obverse bears a Geneva cross within a shield partially encompassed by a laurel wreath, encompassed by the inscription IN HOC SIGNO SALUS SERVICIO EN MARRUECOS, the reverse bears foliage with the inscription S.M. LA REINA VICTORIA EUGENIA A LAS ENFERMERAS DE LA CRUZ ROJA EN AFRICA MXMXXI, with a crown suspension, on a red ribbon.
