A circular medal constructed of silver, the obverse bears the image of Carlos VII crowned with laurels encompassed by the inscription BERGA 27 DE MARZO DE 1873, the reverse bears the image of the arms of the city with the inscription DIOS PATRIA Y REY, on a red ribbon.
