The Order of Merit for the National Drug Plan (Orden al Mérito del Plan Nacional sobre Drogas) was founded by decree on December 22, 1995. It is conferred upon foreign and national citizens, as well as organizations in private or public sectors, in recognition of activities that improve the actions against drug issues in Spain.
The grades of the Order are Gold Medal, Silver Medal, and White Cross.
The Order features an obverse inscription that stands "PNSD Al Merito," and it translates to "National Plan Against Drugs, To Merit."
