This cross is awarded to members of the 12 division.

The Finnish name of the cross is "12. Divisioona muistoristit".

The cross with eyelet and loop for ribbon suspension shows on the face a blue and yellow enamel insignia of the 12th Division. It is imposed in the center of the cross. The arms of the cross blackened. On the reverse is inscribed "12 D" and dated "1941-1942".
