This cross is awarded to members of the 5th Army Corps.

The Finnish name of the cross is "Itä-Syväri muistoristit".

The cross with eyelet and loop for ribbon suspension shows on the obverse a shield imposed centrally bearing the emblem of 5th Army Corps. The reverse is plain.
