The SS Border Police (Grenz-Polizei) was established in 1933 and disbanded in October of 1941. Members were issued cuff titles that were embroidered with the inscription "GRENZ-POLIZEI" in Latin lettering.
Officer rank cuff titles were embroidered using aluminium wire, while Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Enlisted Men (EM) cuff titles were embroidered using light grey thread.
