Two-piece construction silver with black enamels with the Stahlhelm insignia applied to the obverse; maker marked “Ges. Gesch.”, marked “935”, and numbered “VL NS. 2003 - 1.3.24” on the reverse; vertical banjo style pinback, with a sheet metal hinge but missing its catch; measuring 30.5mm in diameter; 14.3 grams; near fine condition.
The Badge features dates from 1918 to 1932 on the obverse. The 1918 version was awarded only 17 times.
