A straight armed cross paty constructed of silver. The quadrants between the arms bear rays. The obverse center bears a circular medallion with the crowned cipher "W". The reverse center bears a circular medallion with the number "21". On a loop for suspension, on a blue ribbon with yellow stripes.
History
The Long Service Cross for NCOs and Enlisted Men for 21 Years was established in 1879. The cross was conferred upon Non-Commissioned Officers and enlisted men who rendered active military service for 21 years. It was awarded until 1886.
