Hardshelled case of issue, Republic of Egypt eagle coat-of-arms above the Arabic numeral for "2", along with a torn naming label on the the lid, the given name "M. Gita" with a "Z" and "vich" of the surname still legible, lightly soiled recessed medal bed, case near extremely fine.

History


The Order of Culture was established by King Ahmad Fouad I in 1932. The Order was conferred in 3 Classes in recognition of achievement or distinguished service in the fields of arts and science, or for intellectual achievement. The Order may also be referred to as the Order of Education. The Order of Culture was replaced by the Order of Arts and Science in 1953 (See EGY111).

The Officer is presented as the II Class award.
