The Victory Medal 1945 (Nut al-Nasir 1945) was established by prince regent Abdu'l Illah on behalf of King Faisal II in 1945.
The Medal was awarded in commemoration of the Allied Victories over the Axis powers in 1945.
It is believed that this Medal was made obsolete in 1958 following the abolishment of the Kingdom of Iraq.
