The Twenty-Fifth Anniversary Medal (Midal al-'Aid al-Watani al-Khamas wa 'Ishirin al-Majid) was instituted by Sultan Qaboos in 1995 to commemorate the Sultan's 25th anniversary of the 1970 accession to the Oman throne.
The obverse and reverse feature inscriptions in Arabic. The reverse translates to "Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Mua'tham" and is dated in Arabic numerals.
