The Kot Sabzal Campaign Medal, 1930-1931 was instituted by Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi in 1931. The Medal was awarded to members of the Bahawalpur State Forces in recognition of service in the battle of Kot Sabzal on the Sindh frontier.

The following 3 Clasps are authorized for wear with the Medal on the ribbon to denote awards made in recognition of bravery, good character, and excellent service:
1. "Shujaat"
2. "Nack Chalan"
3. "Khidmat Husna"

The obverse features an Arabic inscription which translates to "By the Grace of God Sadiq Mohammed Abbasi V Ruler of God Gifted Kingdom of Bahawalpur." The reverse also features Persian script which translates to "Kot Sabzal Field of Battle."
