The Order of Abassia (Imtiaz-i-Abbasia) was instituted by Nawab Al-Haj Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V, Abbasi, between 1920 and 1930. The Order was created in honour of Nawab Al-Haj Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V's dynasty and is conferred in 5 Classes to reward personal and public services performed in all fields of endeavour.

The IV Class Member is composed of silver.

The obverse features a Persian inscription which translates to "Sincere Friend."
