History

The Rajavallabha Decoration, or "Beloved of his Highness" title badge was founded by Maharaja Sayajirao III in 1922 as the highest title out of 3 title decorations. The Decoration became obsolete in 1956.

The Rajavallabha Decoration is worn from a neck ribbon and is adorned with diamonds and other precious stones.

The Decoration may also be authorized for wear from a Breast Ribbon, but additional information is necessary to verify the existence of a breast ribbon.

There may be an additional version of the Decoration which varies in design instituted following Sir Pratap Singh's accession to the throne.
