In silver with blue, white and yellow enamels, along with a red glass circular centerpiece ring, measuring 48.3 mm (w) x 76.5 mm (h) inclusive of its Imperial orchid suspension, light tarnishing evident on the reverse, rosette on its original ribbon, extremely fine.

This Order was established by Emperor Kang Teh of Manchuria. It is considered the exact equivalent to the Japanese Order of the Rising Sun.

This Order is also known as the Order of the Prosperous Cloud.

The reverse Japanese characters translate to "Order of Merit Decoration".
