This medal is also called "Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji" and is an award for long and distinguished service to the state.
It is a round bronze medal with the State Crest and the nominal letters of the medal in Jawi with the work "PAHANG" on the obverse. The reverse depicts the name of the medal in Jawi "PINGAT KELAKUAN TERPUJI" and the name of the recipient.
It is worn on a white ribbon with black edges and a wide yellow stripe. Bars may be awarded for subsequent acts of distinguished service.
