Long and Faithful Service Cross for Midwives (in gold)

This Decoration was established by Duke Friederich II of Anhalt and it was conferred upon Midwives who had performed 30 year of meritorious service in their field.
The cross was strung on a green band and worn around the neck.
After the death of the recipient, the decoration was to be returned to the state.
The inscription roughly translates to: For Vocational Fidelity.
