ØTEÉHMAHÚP. below, all within wreath / ‘ÇAÁEÇÏOPO×HÓÞCËÓÆÁÓ BÚ ÏOËÈÖIÈ’ in four lines within wreath. Bit 1068 (R3), Diakov 925.1 (R4), Peters 173/a. Very rare. Superb old toning over a few contact marks, choice.

This medal was awarded to police officers and firemen for "10 years of blameless service to the police or fire services".

The obverse translates to "BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALEXANDER III EMPEROR AND AUTOCRAT OF ALL RUSSIAS".
