History

The Work Jacket was worn by motorized units and was dark blue or black in colour. However, after February 12, 1940 only dark blue was allowed.

It is a shapeless single breasted jacket, just like the Fatigue Jacket.
It has six field-grey buttons down the front, a stand-up collar, and one pocket on the left side of the chest.
