This medal was conferred in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the reign of Raja Jogindar Sen.

The obverse Devanagari inscription translates to "His Highness Jogindar Sen Bahadur". The reverse Devanagari inscription translates to "16 Baishakh 1970 16 Baishakh 1995 [1913-1938 A.D.]".
