This medal was conferred in commemoration of the accession of Bhupal Singh to the Gadi on June 6, 1930.

The obverse Devanagari inscription translates to "The great emperor Maharana Shri Bhopal Singh". The reverse Devanagari inscription translates to "Coronation on 6 June 1930". It is also stamped "SILVER".
