The Jubilee Medal for the 30th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was established on April 25 ,1975. This medal was conferred upon servicemen and civilians for service in WWII, and those who had been previously awarded the "For Valiant in the Great Patriotic War" medal and any "defense of" medal.
Variation I was awarded to combatants, variation II to workers and variation III to foreigners.
The reverse for variation I translates to "to a combatant XXX years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War". Variation II translates to "to a participant of the labor front XXX years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War". Variation III translates to "XXX years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War".
